Request AladdinVerse Account Deletion

This page allows an AladdinVerse user to initiate a request to delete their AladdinVerse account and associated account data.

Required account identification:

AladdinVerse username — required to locate the account.
Contact email — required so support can communicate and verify the request.

Requests that do not include the AladdinVerse username may not be processed until the username is provided.

Academy data is separate. The Academy app's Delete Academy Data control removes Academy-owned local progress and preferences from the device. It does not delete an AladdinVerse platform account.

Security: Never send a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, or one-time security code. These secrets are never required for account deletion.

How to request deletion

Click Request account deletion below.
Enter your exact AladdinVerse username in the prepared email.
Enter your contact email.
If support needs additional identification, only non-secret account information should be requested.
AladdinVerse may verify ownership before processing deletion.

Support uses the supplied username to locate the AladdinVerse account. After account ownership is sufficiently verified, the deletion request is processed in accordance with applicable requirements.

What this page does not do

It does not automatically delete an account.
It does not connect to or modify a wallet.
It does not sign or submit a blockchain transaction.
It does not change sponsor, P2P, staking, withdrawal, reward, or financial state.
It does not write the deletion request to the AladdinVerse business database.
