This Privacy Policy explains how AladdinVerse ("AladdinVerse", "we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the AladdinVerse mobile application (the "App").
The App is an educational and training application designed to provide learning materials, guided setup instructions, progress tracking, multilingual content, and links or handoffs to relevant third-party services.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may store certain information locally on your device in order to provide its educational functionality and remember your preferences.
This may include:
- onboarding completion status;
- lesson and course progress;
- completed lesson identifiers;
- language preferences;
- appearance or display preferences;
- notification preferences;
- acknowledgement and educational progress settings; and
- other App preferences needed for normal operation.
This locally stored information is primarily maintained on your device and is used to provide continuity when you close and reopen the App.
2. Sponsor Verification Information
Certain educational flows may allow a user to enter a sponsor username or similar identifier before opening an official AladdinVerse destination.
When a sponsor identifier is submitted for verification, the App may transmit that identifier to AladdinVerse systems in order to determine whether the identifier is valid.
Sponsor verification does not require the App to obtain your wallet private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or wallet password.
3. Technical and Network Information
When the App communicates with AladdinVerse services, our servers or hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information associated with network requests.
This may include information such as:
- IP address;
- request date and time;
- request headers;
- technical error information; and
- security or abuse-prevention logs.
This information may be used for service operation, troubleshooting, security, fraud or abuse prevention, and maintaining the reliability of AladdinVerse services.
4. Notifications
The App may request permission from Android to display notifications.
If you grant notification permission, the App may use it to provide Academy-related reminders, information, or other relevant App notifications.
You can disable notifications at any time through your Android device settings.
Notification permission does not give the App access to your private messages, SMS messages, contacts, or other unrelated personal content.
5. Permissions and Device Access
The App is designed to use limited Android permissions necessary for its functionality.
The current App does not request broad access to your:
- contacts;
- SMS messages;
- phone call history;
- precise or approximate location;
- camera;
- microphone; or
- files through broad storage-management permission.
6. Wallets and Web3 Services
The App may provide educational instructions or external handoffs relating to third-party wallet or Web3 applications, including TokenPocket.
These external wallet applications and websites operate independently from the AladdinVerse App and may have their own privacy policies, terms, permissions, security practices, and data-handling procedures.
The App itself does not custody user funds and does not require users to disclose wallet private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases.
Any wallet or Web3 activity performed after leaving the App is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant third-party service.
7. YouTube and Other External Services
Educational content in the App may include YouTube videos, links, embedded content, or options to open content through external applications or websites.
The App may also provide links or handoffs to services such as Telegram, TokenPocket, app stores, browsers, or official AladdinVerse web pages.
When you choose to interact with a third-party service, that service may process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
AladdinVerse does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
8. How We Use Information
Information processed in connection with the App may be used to:
- provide educational App functionality;
- save and restore App preferences and course progress;
- perform sponsor-identifier verification where requested;
- provide relevant notifications;
- maintain service security and reliability;
- diagnose technical problems;
- prevent misuse, fraud, or abuse; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information collected directly through the AladdinVerse App to advertisers.
Information may be processed or disclosed where reasonably necessary:
- by hosting, infrastructure, or technical service providers that help operate AladdinVerse services;
- when you intentionally choose to open or interact with a third-party service;
- to protect the security, rights, or integrity of users, AladdinVerse, or our services;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or

10. Data Retention
Locally stored App preferences and educational progress may remain on your device until you reset or delete Academy data, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App.
Server-side technical, security, or verification information, where generated, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including service operation, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and applicable legal requirements.
11. Data Deletion and Reset Controls
The App provides controls that may allow users to reset educational progress or delete Academy-related local App data.
Users may also remove locally stored App information by clearing the App's storage through Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

12. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through our services.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Children
The AladdinVerse App is intended for adults aged 18 years or older and is not designed or directed toward children.
We do not knowingly design the App to collect personal information from children.
14. International Processing
AladdinVerse and its service providers may operate infrastructure in different countries. As a result, information processed through online services may be handled in jurisdictions other than the country where you reside.
Where applicable, we take reasonable measures designed to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
