AladdinVerse AI Assistant Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the official AladdinVerse Telegram bot @AladdinVerseAdminBot handles information when users request FAQs, community assistance, security guidance, support or official updates.

By using @AladdinVerseAdminBot, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential wallet credentials, Telegram login codes or other secrets to the bot.

1. Scope and Operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the official AladdinVerse AI Assistant Telegram bot and related bot-operated support, moderation and announcement functions. The bot is operated by the AladdinVerse Core Team for the AladdinVerse community.

2. Information We May Receive

Depending on the feature used and the permissions granted to the bot, Telegram may provide:

  • Telegram user ID, display name, username and language information.
  • Commands, questions, support requests and messages sent directly to the bot.
  • Group or channel identifiers where the bot has been added.
  • Group messages that Telegram makes visible under the bot's permissions and Privacy Mode.
  • Technical logs, timestamps, delivery results, error details and security events.
  • Optional AladdinVerse account-linking data, only if that feature is enabled and requested by the user.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Answer English-language questions and provide approved AladdinVerse information.
  • Display community rules, official links, security guidance and platform announcements.
  • Operate scheduled channel posts and authorized community moderation.
  • Create, route and resolve support requests.
  • Detect abuse, spam, fraud, impersonation, malicious links and operational failures.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and improve the bot's reliability and security.

4. English-Only Operation

The bot is designed to provide official responses in English only. Messages submitted in another language may receive an English request to resubmit the question in English. Language checks may be applied to support consistent community moderation.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

When AI-assisted answers are enabled, the text of a user's question and limited conversation context may be processed by an approved technology or AI service provider solely to generate or classify a response. AI-generated responses may be restricted to approved AladdinVerse knowledge and may be escalated to a human administrator when confidence is insufficient.

AI features will not be used as authority for guaranteed income, future token prices, legal approval, wallet ownership or other claims that require verified human review.

6. Sensitive Information and Wallet Security

The bot will never intentionally request:

  • Passwords or Telegram login credentials.
  • One-time passwords, SMS codes or authentication codes.
  • Seed phrases, recovery phrases or private wallet keys.
  • Account recovery codes or remote-access credentials.
Never send these secrets to the bot, an administrator, a group member or anyone claiming to represent AladdinVerse.

7. Service Providers and Disclosure

AladdinVerse does not sell or rent bot-user personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, database, security, support, analytics or AI providers that are necessary to operate the bot. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect users and the platform from fraud, abuse or security threats.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Standard operational and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days. Support records may be retained for up to 180 days after resolution. Records may be kept longer where reasonably required for fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute handling or legal compliance.

9. Group and Channel Interactions

When the bot is added to a Telegram group or channel, it can only access information made available by Telegram and the permissions assigned by administrators. Group messages may also be visible to other group members. Users should treat public community discussions as public and avoid posting confidential information.

10. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secret-token protection, encrypted network connections, logging, rate limits and restricted administrator permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. User Choices and Data Requests

Users may stop interacting with or block the bot at any time. To request access to or deletion of data associated with a Telegram account, use /delete_my_data when that command becomes available, or email the privacy contact below. Verification of the requesting Telegram account may be required.

12. Children

The bot is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Telegram in their jurisdiction. AladdinVerse does not knowingly design the bot to collect children's personal information.

14. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated when bot features, integrations, retention practices or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain published on this page. Material changes may also be announced through the official AladdinVerse channel or bot.
